  6. When file management is 
  7. chosen from the systems menu 
  8. you have two choices: 
  9. 1) Patient Information and 
  10. 2) Patient Directory Files.
  11.  
  12. Patient information gives you 
  13. a screen similar to the patient selection screen which allows you to do a number of things with individual patient files.  Most of the choices are self-explanatory.

  15. ΓÇÿJoin patientΓÇÖ is where you may have entered a patient twice and want to put all the patientΓÇÖs images under one name.
